Beginning Sunday, Sept. 12, we'll launch our next Home Growth Challenge, The Daily Bread, where we'll chew through the Gospel of Mark, breaking it up into small, bite-sized pieces for the following 11 weeks. We'll learn to develop personal, on-going relationships with God through reading scripture and applying the teachings to our every day lives. As you enter services this Sunday, you'll receive a printed card with a reading plan, prayer, and contemplative questions to guide your daily personal study. If you will not be attending services in person, you may click here to view the card.

Just as our Fall Kick Off theme encouraged you to never go it alone, find a plus one or a group of friends to embark on this journey with you. Perhaps it's your OIKOS group, maybe it's the friend you sit next to each Sunday, or this could be a great opportunity to develop a new friendship. Whatever you choose, we invite you to participate in Pastor Josh's weekly sermon review which will be held online, more specifics to follow. We're hoping to find groups to host monthly potlucks and trivia nights here at church so we can gather as a larger group as we all grow in our faith together.

At the end of this Home Growth Challenge, you'll have increased knowledge of the Gospel of Mark, deepening your relationship with God, enriching your time spent in the Word and in prayer with Him. We hope to build a community of people who cherish the Scripture and are able to discern wisdom for their lives.
