Our annual Adopt-A-Family program is one of the highlights of the Christmas season. We select families in need from our neighboring community and provide a beautiful Christmas experience that they wouldn't be able to have without our support.
This year, we're so excited to "adopt" all 7 of our Tutoring families! We'll be providing two gifts for each child and a family gift of either a gas card or Christmas dinner.
For the dinners, instead of purchasing individual items for the family to prepare as we've done in prior years, we're going to purchase pre-cooked complete meals to deliver to the families on or around Christmas Eve.
If you select to sponsor the dinner, Pam Alvey will be in touch at a later date with exact price for the meal (we anticipate between $75-100). Please make a check out to St. Lukes, and identify Adopt-A-Family in the memo, or give through our website and designate to Adopt-A-Family.
If you select to purchase a gift, please wrap it and tag it before placing it under the tree on the Chancel. Tags will be available on Sunday mornings at the check-in table, or stop by the office and pick up a tag from Julie. Please put the family number (F-1, F-2, etc.) and name of the child on the tag for easy sorting and delivering.
