INTERGENERATIONAL MINISTRY DIRECTOR
St. Lukes Lutheran is seeking an individual ready to suffer to serve others, someone sacrificial with their time, talents, and treasures for the sake of building relationships and community through faith with a strong commitment to Lutheran Theology and a learning mentality. This person will join a team of servant leaders who work long hours, with little recognition or accolades, with the hope of seeing young and old come together to be the Church as described in the Scripture. Focus
The Purpose of the Intergenerational Ministry Director is to advance our mission of growing relationships through faith: UP, IN, and OUT, by fostering relationships between all generations of the church for the sake of community and the Great Commission. The priority of the Intergenerational Ministry Director is on intergenerational community with a focus on children and youth by equipping leaders to engage in the raising up of future generations in the faith.
